Our clothing is made in small batches using hand-led techniques. Most fabrics are natural, and embroidery or dyeing is done manually which means every piece may carry slight differences in tone, texture, or stitch. These are not flaws but part of what makes each garment feel real and personal.

• Ethical Practice & Product Nature:
  Taanshe is a slow, conscious label. Our garments are made in small batches using natural fabrics and hand-led techniques. Slight variations in tone, texture, or stitch are intentional and part of each piece’s uniqueness—not defects.
  
• Product Listings, Customization & Updates:
  Some products are available exclusively online in limited quantities. We offer custom size adjustments at no extra charge, while design modifications (like altering lengths or adding details) may be charged separately. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, or discontinue items at any time.
• Order Acceptance & Restrictions
  We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This includes limiting purchases per account, card, or shipping address. Orders that appear to be from resellers or bulk buyers may be restricted. If changes are made, we may notify you via your provided contact details.
  
• Sizing Guidance & Garment Care
  Please review our sizing chart before placing an order. Proper garment care ensures longevity — we recommend dry cleaning unless otherwise specified. Care labels are included with each product.
  
• Display, Color & Content Accuracy
  We strive for accuracy in product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, colors may vary across screens and some content may be outdated or for general reference. We are not obligated to update the site at any given time.
  
• Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
  By placing an order, you agree to our shipping and exchange terms. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be granted only in select cases for unused items returned with tags and original packaging, in accordance with our Return Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood our shipping and exchange notes. We don’t offer refunds. Exchanges are possible in certain situations only for unworn items returned in their original state with tags and packaging intact.
