Orders & Shipping

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When it ships, we'll follow up with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges and timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your region.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For domestic orders, delivery takes 10–12 business days. International orders may take 20–25 business days depending on location and customs clearance.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

We work with reliable shipping partners, but if something goes wrong, get in touch and we’ll help resolve the issue.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Write to us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. Unfortunately, once it’s dispatched, we can’t make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not offer refunds, but we accept exchanges in cases of damage or a sizing issue from our end. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. Read more...

When is an exchange approved?

Exchanges are considered only if the item is returned in original, unused condition, with tags, invoice, and packaging. All requests are reviewed carefully before approval.

What if something I purchased is now on sale?

At the moment, we do not offer price adjustments for previously placed orders.

How do I choose the right size?

You’ll find a size guide on every product page. For specific fit questions, feel free to reach out we’re happy to assist.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we do! Select Made to Measure beside the size options we’ll craft your piece to your unique measurements.

Do you take custom measurements?

Yes. Alongside standard sizing, we offer a Made-to-Measure option for every garment. You’ll find it next to the size selection on each product page. Once selected, you can submit your measurements after placing the order.

Is there an additional charge for custom sizing?

No additional charge for minor custom adjustments. However, major alterations or complete design modifications may include a tailoring fee we’ll inform you in advance.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI. All transactions are processed via trusted, encrypted gateways.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at the moment.
