At Taanshè, every garment is thoughtfully made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the slow, conscious nature of our production process, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. No Cash Refunds Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on any purchases made at www.taanshe.com. All approved returns are processed exclusively in the form of Store Credit or Exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit We accommodate exchanges or issue store credit only under the following circumstances:

You have received a damaged or defective product.

There is a significant sizing issue due to an error on our end.
3. The Exchange Process If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.taanshe@gmail.com.

Requirements: Include clear photographs of the defect/issue, a brief description, and a copy of your original invoice.

Condition: The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original box packaging.

Note: Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes our rigorous physical quality check.
4. Store Credit Terms

If the exact size or preferred item is unavailable for an exchange, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the full value of the returned piece.

This store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. Return Shipping Fees

Brand Error: If the return is due to a defect or a sizing error from our team, Taanshè will bear the return shipping costs.

Other Approved Exchanges: For any other approved exchanges, a flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable, which is to be borne by the customer.
6. International Orders Please be advised that all international orders are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for orders shipped outside of India.
7. Order Cancellations Since our pieces are made-to-order and production begins swiftly, any request to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. Once the handcrafting process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
