1. Ethical Practice & The Handcrafted Nature Taanshè is a slow, conscious label. Our clothing is made in small batches using hand-led techniques and natural fabrics. From embroidery to dyeing, our manual processes mean every piece may carry slight differences in tone, texture, or stitch. These are intentional—not flaws—and are part of what makes each garment feel real, personal, and uniquely yours.

2. Product Listings & Customization Certain products are available exclusively online in limited quantities. We offer custom size adjustments at no extra charge. However, major design modifications (such as altering lengths or adding specific details) may incur separate charges. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, update prices, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Restrictions We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This includes limiting quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address). Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or bulk distributors may be restricted. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

4. Sizing, Display & Garment Care Please review our detailed sizing chart before placing an order. We strive for accuracy in product images, descriptions, and pricing; however, display colors may vary slightly across different screens and devices. Proper garment care ensures longevity. We strongly recommend dry cleaning unless otherwise specified on the care label included with your product.

5. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping and Returns guidelines. We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit are possible in select situations only (e.g., brand errors or damaged goods), provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original state with all tags and packaging intact.
